Andara Ubud Villa

The property was clean and just as shown in the pictures. The villa was not overlooked by anyone and only a short walk to the bustling streets of Ubud. Once in the villa it’s peaceful and you’d never know the busy streets were a few minutes walk away. For us it was a perfect base to see Ubud. Communication was easy via whats app, If we ever plan to visit again we would use this villa.

The location was in the quiet part of Ubud. 10min walk into Ubud. Full jungle experience, outdoor bathroom was lush. Water machine provided. The whole set up of the Balinese apartment was perfect. Kadek our host was exceptional she made our stay perfect with a beautiful cooked breakfast when requested. And the stunning flowers upon arrival and my partner requested for his proposal to me at Andara. Getting engaged in Bali is a dream come true and celebrating my 40th. Blessed to experience Andara Ubud.

Nothing we loved it

Wonderful little villa, 15 minutes walk to the center of Ubud. It’s so peaceful there and the private pool is the cherry on the cake. Made, the lady who takes care of the house, is very reliable and friendly.

The property was beautiful and peaceful, feeling like you were in the rain forest… all you can hear and see is wildlife. BEAUTIFUL and relaxing. Close enough to walk to Restaurants and Ubud market, but out the way of busy streets of Ubud. Kadek our host made the trip more special for us both, it was my birthday out there and she went above and beyond to help arrange balloons and also made a cake. She made and severed breakfast every morning and was friendly and polite she took our laundry when we were visiting other islands as requested and brought back (this is an additional cost however, worth it when travelling for a few weeks). We can not thank Kadek enough for the exceptional service she gave us 🙏

Enjoyed meeting Sedak who cooked for us every morning. Liked the privacy of the property.

Found it inconvenient to get the door open from the bedroom to the bathroom. Didn’t like having to step down to bathroom level. The shower would have been better if there had been a stepping stone to stand on.

The traditional vibe of the place. The decor, the architecture. It was beautiful.

There isn’t really any signage besides one small sign on the street to show where to go. When our driver dropped us off, it looked as though we were being dropped off to an empty lot. There wasn’t even a sign above the villa or on the villa doors when we got there.

It’s was very easy the our lovely host Kari meet us and let us in to the villa and explain how it all worked and breakfast etc

Some days were a little noisy due to construction next door but wasn’t constant and only noticed it on our rest day
