Lovely 3 beds house 6 guests King beds

The property was lovely and clean with good facilities. Beds were very comfortable and fans provided to keep cool during hot nights. Photos on booking.com were a true reflection of the house.

The stairs, especially to the loft room, are VERY steep. Someone with mobility issues may struggle with these. Parking was also a slight issue, having to park quite a way from the house and walk up a steep hill. Some TLC required e.g oven handle is loose, carpet on landing possibly trip hazard. Air-fryer in the kitchen would have been very handy.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and great facilities. A nice clean property. We had a lovely stay 😃

Small improvements that would make the stay excellent. The living room heating doesn't work. Later on we found some electric heaters in one of the cupboards which solved this problem. The towels are a little rough, Some new softer ones would be appreciated. When we were upstairs we had to keep our baby shut in our room to prevent her falling down the stairs. A baby gate would have been amazing. All the windows are single glazed. Double glazing would reduce the electric bill long term, make the property more cozy and improve sound insulation. 😊.

Location at the north edge of Sheffield was easy to get to from the M1. Great for Peak District and walked into city centre a couple of times, but buses were available. Ling was very kind and let us check in an hour early. Key box on back door down left hand side alley. Free parking on street. House warm and perfect for our visit. Communication with Ling was excellent. Local park 10 minutes away with good facilities.

House was clean but a few bits looked tired

Great location. Nice and clean.

Only 2 of the radiators worked so was a little cold.
