"Nice clean appartment. Frustrating to get in to the first time."

The appartment was nice and clean, and in a perfect place in the city for us.

If we had got the information about the codes to the doors in english, it would have saved us from one hour of frustration trying to get in to the appartment! We tried to call support, but did not get much help there. At the end we got in to the appartment with the help of the local people living in the other appartments. This is not good enough when we have requested information in english and not in polish, that we do not understand. The couch in the appartment had been well used and could soon be replaced.
