Location great, beautiful house, felt very cold inside and elec fire gave off no warmth?

Beds - mattresses felt like the springs were going and way too soft, need replacing

"We had a lovely family break. Great location for the town and good walk to lake."

The decor was tasteful and homely. There was plenty of crockery so no need to immediately wash up.

A tiny comment, a floor mat would have been good in the kitchen to wipe feet on.

Perfect location to travel around. Plenty of room and well stocked appliances. Loved the decor.

Only problem was no downstairs loo for my 92 yr old mum but otherwise no issues at all.

The location is excellent and the property is first class.

The kitchen floor wasn't as clean as the rest of the property, corners missed dust etc. But this is an observation rather than a big problem.
