Staff. Despite thinking food was paid, I tried to get the food package and they refused at check in knowing your limited for options on arrival. Also when I couldnt sign a bill as staff said he was busy,later on I was almost harassed to sign a bill for the food....staff are horrible. Bad English.

Comfortable, good layout. Nice library.

The accessibility. The last stretch leading to the property was bad dirt road. There was a wedding with loud music that disturbed residents till late at night. I complained but there was no serious attempt to reduce the noise.
