The space; comfortable bed and slipper bath were excellent

Kitchen crockery and utensils were multiple but more like bric a brac and had to wash some plates as previous people hadn't been thorough.

The location was good. We have been coming here the last 4 years. The property has become dirty.

The corner suite in the lounge area was ripped dirty and smelt disgusting. I got 2 throws out of the sitting room and these smelt disgusting also. Hence we could not sit in comfort in the lounge to watch tele. The whole place has deteriorated. I emailled the owners when we got back and have not heard anything from them. We left a day early as we were not prepared to stay another night. We love this property with all its history but it is now unloved and just a money maker for people with no morals.

Needed a cafetiere and washing up liquid. Ideally another bathroom or toilet.

Loved everything, beautiful cottage with stunning views. Very large and spacious, beautiful layout. Lovely and warm, log fire was delightful. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. Bedrooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Lovely open space - stunning garden and views. Comfy clean beds and great period features.

Few things needed a bit of fixing in the kitchen and place needs a good airing but apart from that it was lovely

Been here twice before so knew what to expect the location of property is great

Location was ace... views fantastic, history of the property being a quaker meeting house, however would have like more history of the meeting house which we had asked for but didn't receive as we are quakers ourselves?

Not enough toilet rolls, no matches, little lacking in some amenities...
