Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte mir nach meiner Reklamation des unzumutbaren Bett prompt ein neues Zimmer im neuen Gebäude Trakt angeboten und umgebucht.

Matratze völlig durchgelegen bis zum Lattenrost. (Zimmer 216 im alten Gebäude Trakt) Völlig inakzeptabel und unzumutbar so ein Bett anzubieten. Dieses Bett ist nicht seit dem Tag meiner Anreise in diesem Zustand. Es war unmöglich zu schlafen und bin fast die ganze Nacht auf gewesen. Kreuzschmerzen den ganzen Tag. Die Zimmer im alten Gebäude Trakt wirken abgewohnt.
