Really good location. Within walking distance of alot of retail stores.

Only stayed one night of my seven night stay. Stayed in room 239 and was eaten alive by bed bugs. Probably 40 bites in total. Was forced to checkout the following morning. Was issued a full refund 3 days later

Clean rooms and very convenient location.

The male staff was a little rude to me when my son was playing outside. He was throwing a football with another boy and the staff member asked them to stop. He knocked on my room door and asked me if those were my kids outside, I proceeded to say one of them is, another little boy was occupying another room. He first started by saying, "you can't have kids out here unattended", my son is 13 years old and his dad was sitting probably 10-15 feet away in the car watching him play. After I told him that, he said well they cant throw the football in the parking lot. I said ok , I understand that may be a safety issue, I'll make sure they go into the grassy area by the fence, he went on to say "NO, they just can't do it at all, we can't have that kind of stuff around here." I was angry and confused because it was just kids throwing a football on a Sunday at 1oclock in the afternoon, so I truly didn't see the problem, but I just told him to come inside to avoid any conflict. Other than that, the stay was decent.

The microwave didn’t work and the key to the laundry room door did not work. Staff was really pretty much non caring about these problems, failed to resolve them.

The staff was horrible the front desk lady was awesome but the rest of her staff needs to be looked over agin
