Room was nice, clean and spacious. I also loved the hospitality of the staffs who were foreigners. Compliments to each and everyone one of them as they are the once who made the stay worth it.

The receptionist who checked us in Has no value for hospitality and I felt like I was wasting his time. A simple welcome was missing even. Normally in a hotel of such high standard, guests can check in early for free. I was ok to pay the extra fee but I didn't feel like he was treating me with respect when charging me for the extra hours. It is a Shame that only Saudis are the ones who are allowed to be in the reception. It is bad for business as they treat guests like they owe the hotel staffs something. They judge us guests based on our nationality and only smiles when its a guest who speaks Arabic. Even when they were asked about the shuttle timing they had no idea when it is supposed to be there. Calling the reception was always met with no response, nor a call back was in order. This left me always seeking assistance from the other staffs bedsides reception. The shuttle is also very inconvenient due to the construction going on and they drop us off very far from the mosque. In the heat it was preferable to take taxi. In the end my rating would be a 10 on 10 just for the staffs in the restaurant, housekeeping and bellboys. But it drops to a 5 just because of the poorly trained Saudi Staffs. I come from the hospitality background so I have very high expectations for simple hospitality. I have no issues with the hotel itself. It was a very nice property. The receptionist behaviour at check in just destroyed my entire hope for a nice holiday.

البعد عن المسجد النبوي و الطريق المؤدي للحرم مغلق لوجود اعمال إنشائية ، عدم الدقة في مواعيد الباص و المواعيد غير مرنه مع اوقات الصلوات
