"Bad atmosphere"

Staff clearly hate their jobs, attitudes were not great or friendly at all. Cocktails average and not a great atmosphere, go elsewhere (this is a review for the rooftop bar only). Also views mainly of construction and cranes!

Room above a very noisy street, on all 4 nights we stayed the noise was at a level that it was hard to sleep Not very restful

The room was dark and everywhere was smell of fragrance. Thas is unhealty. The pool is inside the public restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Hotel Ltd, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly stood out was the outstanding level of customer care — every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine warmth. A special mention must go to Mr. Mirkovic, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression and truly elevated the entire experience. I also highly recommend trying the spa treatments — the massages and facials were absolutely fantastic. The therapists are highly skilled, and the treatments were both relaxing and rejuvenating, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, Embassy Hotel Ltd exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality service, comfort, and a truly memorable stay. I will definitely be returning!

"Fabulous staff, good location very crowded on the roof terrace, lucky to get a table"

Good location, great shower, comfy bed, really lovely staff.

So many none residents for dinner and lunch almost impossible to get a table and nowhere to go for a drink before going to dinner elsewhere as all tables given to diners. No bar area and only half a dozen sun loungers on the roof top as all given to diners, didn’t really work for us. We went to The Courtyard on a few occasions- no one serving, completely empty- don’t know if it’s a function room, but no one ever in there.
