Convenient location Just beside Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. And opposite Mega Mall where there are lots of F&B

Only one key (for apartment door) and card (for lift) is issued. And we are party of 5. And Main door is not able to unlock from inside which is a little unacceptable by us

"Ok only… just for 1 night…"

If want convenience, this is an option. 2-3 mins walk from the ferry terminal. The apartment is clean except the toilet has a very strong scent of cockroach repellent.

The water heater doesn’t really work. Water was still cold despite the heater was on. Kitchen doesn’t have many utensils. Did not have any scissors, only 1 fork (apartment is for 4 persons).
