We arrived very late in the afternoon but our rooms was not ready or we where given room that was already accommodated by other guest. The hotel restaurant breakfast and dinner was delicious. The food I would rate 4 star. Restaurant service is excellent accomodating your need

Manager Gopinath comes from a long history of services in top hospitality sector worked for a long time with Indian hotels like ITC group of hotels exceptional man he manages things professionally. Prices are average staff is friendly food is excellent.Orchid Grand Hotel in Jinja city is an excellent place to stay when in Jinja city. The staff are very welcoming with super heart warming smiles. The service and hospitality is excellent... The food is great... The general environment including the health guidelines for preventing of the Covid-19 is superb!!! This is one of the best Hotel in Jinja. The Location is very good The service is superb We were served by Ely and Daphin. They gave us a warm welcome. The rooms are clean and big enough First class breakfast All the hotel amenities are good. Hope be back again.

Beautiful place sherrifah the receptionist worked on us very very super class ...then dapney was great too .Jack helped us with breakfast it was awesome we loved our stay at Orchid worth every penny Meals are awesome The breakfast is really great they are air conditioners the rooms
