KenGen Furnished and Serviced Apartments

Very safe place, Mister Wok have a branch on the ground floor, they offer laundry services included in the fee, a gym, a steam room as well as a swimming pool. It's in Parkland, so close to everywhere. We were there on Christmas and New Year so we enjoyed the fireworks display from the indian community

Because we were there on Christmas break, we had some days of no cleaning, towel or sheet change and low morale from staff who would miss spots here and there when cleaning. We also had to kinda convince the girls to do our laundry, as they seemed not to be keen to do it. when i asked them to do it they would say tomorrow only when insist, is when they do it. Had a noisy neigbour who seemed to drag furniture all night.

The house was great but was very dirty and the towels are worn out with so much stain, overall it’s not worthy to be rented out to the guests..Before you check in your guest kindly do check up to make sure the guest enjoy the stay.

The dirtiness in everything,missing cutleries,no hangers,the curtains hanging all over ,the broken kitchen cabinets,wand-robe with hanging cabinets,the bathroom and the bathing tab with a lot of stains ,bathroom windows has mess which was never cleaned. The Towels you gave us was so messy that has a lot of stains and not for guests use Basically I had to show the cleaning lady and she was saying she can’t do anything cos it’s not her job ,the receptionist said it’s supervisor job who is who Master bedroom has all over the wall with cross which were made with kind of oil and so scary cos look lie cult ,I went to complain about it and receptionist couldn’t help at all .

Nice, spacious apartments and overall services. Clean pool and good food in the restaurant with fair prices. Ive enjoyed the gym and the well maintained gardens at the property as well. Staff and security very friendly and always ready to help. I recommend.

We had some technical issues but they where met with great professionalism and empathy by Julliete, when we notified her. Everything worked out well and solutions offered were much appreciated.

I cant honestly say there was much to like it was a place to stay.

Again if being honest the place is tired needs renovation more attention to detail in regards to cleaning everything needed cleaning WiFi was poor. Television was suitable for a kids bedroom. No hangers in wardrobes. Based on places I've stayed around the world and in Africa it's not somewhere I would recommend or stay again for us it was a place to rest and have a bed and a roof over us hence why we have it a slightly below average review.
