We only stayed for one night before catching a flight the next day but we loved the place. It was amazingly quiet since you are right on the lungo mare walk, restaurants and bars all near so you can choose your favorite. Beautifully decorated, bed very comfortable, great bathroom with all the amenities and great views of the sea and the marina from our window. Amazing breakfast in the morning and super easy check in and out.

A Charming Boutique Gem with Stunning Views! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Despite having only 6 rooms, this place offers a wonderfully intimate and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel truly special. Our room had a breathtaking view of the marina and the main street, which was perfect for people-watching and soaking up the local vibe. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, with excellent restaurants just steps away. Plus, having a pub and an artisanal ice cream shop in the very same building was such a treat! The breakfast was a definite highlight and far exceeded our expectations. Unlike the typical basic Italian breakfast, it was incredibly varied with fresh avocado, a great selection of vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cereals, and even delicious desserts. It was the perfect, healthy start to our day. We also loved the capsule coffee machine and the complimentary snacks and fruit available in the afternoon. The coffee was excellent, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for a personal touch and a great location, this is the place to be!

A few things to keep in mind for a perfect stay While we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the breakfast, there were a few minor things that future guests might want to know: Sensory Note: We noticed a faint smell coming from the shower drain from time to time, particularly after it rained. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something that might need a quick look to make the bathroom experience even better. Vibrant Location & Noise: Because the hotel is in such a fantastic, central spot overlooking the marina and the main street, it can get quite lively. If you like sleeping with the windows open, be aware of the street noise, port activity, and the occasional airplane landing nearby. Temporary Works: During our stay, there were some roadworks going on right outside. While this is obviously out of the hotel's control, the combined sound from the construction and the traffic made it a bit loud at times. Pro tip: If you are a light sleeper, I’d recommend keeping the windows closed—the soundproofing is decent, and it helps ensure a peaceful night's sleep!

La posizione centrale. L’arredamento minimal e funzionale della camera. La pulizia delle lenzuola, della stanza e del bagno, i doppi cuscini e la luce. Tutto molto confortevole. In più molto gradita la vista sul porto. Nonostante via Roma sia trafficata, non si sentivano rumori. Il parcheggio a pagamento nella piazzetta di fronte alla struttura, da l’opportunità di trovare il posto e vicino ci sono bar e ristoranti.
