CONCHEIROS 5 APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS

Well appointed apartment (most comfortable sleeper couch of our trip) with all modern amenities and well located - about 15 minute walk from the main square in a lively neighborhood with a supermarket almost on the doorstep.

Está muy bien situado. El q yo ocupe estaba en la primera planta y tenía un pequeño jardín. Muy cómodo y limpio.

Čisto, mirisno,dobar odmor!dućan preko puta,motor parkirali ispod prozora ,besplatno. Jako blizu Svetog Jakova! Savršeno!!!!!

Previous reviews and the perfect rating are definitely not a coincidence. This is exactly the kind of experience you hope for when booking a stay. The apartment is modern, spotless, and located in a new building. The location is excellent – close enough to easily explore Santiago de Compostela while still being comfortable and quiet. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. The host truly deserves the Superhost status. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly helpful with arranging a taxi and accommodating our arrival and check-out times. Everything went smoothly, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

L'appartamenro era pulitissimo e c'era di tutto, dalla lavastoviglie, al ferro da stiro, alle cialde per il caffè. Posizione meravigliosa, perché lontano dalla bolgia ma allo stesso tempo vicino al centro (10 minuti camminando fino alla cattedrale). Un ringraziamento speciale a B. per la disponibilità e per l' organizzazione di vari trasferimenti in taxi. Era tutto nuovissimo e super accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

It was very quiet and easy to get in and out. And I loved the having the supermarket so close.

Some parts weren’t clean and it wasn’t clear that the “ático” wouldn’t have a view of the city.

Прекрасные апартаменты - новые, чистые, функциональные, хорошо расположенные В апартаментах есть всё, что можно только пожелать: всё новенькое, белоснежное постельное бельё и белейшие новые полотенца, новая сантехника, много розеток (я всегда обращаю на это внимание), два полноценных спальных места (на раскладном диване спать было так же удобно, как и на кровати). Местоположение супер удобное - всюду можно дойти пешком. Напротив есть супермаркет. Подъезд чистый и современный. Так де как и лифт. Очень простой check in. Хозяйка всё время была на связи для решения насущных проблем. За небольшую плату (15€ за ночь) можно арендовать место в гараже в этом же доме. В общем супер место для того, чтобы остановиться в чудесном Сантьяго де Кампостелла!!!

Ну чтобы уж совсем не было к чему придраться - добавьте коробку с салфетками 😃
