IEIt was a lovely area very quiet,the apartment had everything we needed.It was clean comfortable and I would stay here again.We had lidl and supermarkets a little walk away.

ESWe live just across the water on Fuerteventura and were only in PDC for a single night at a fund raising function. Maria the host was excellent and communicated on all aspects. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of safe street parking. Loads of outdoor space and a small swimming pool. A lovely welcome basket was on the table. Spotlessly clean everywhere, modern decor, comfortable bed, excellent walk in shower, air-con, free fast WiFi and loads of power points (even with USB charging). Nothing at all to dislike or complain about. Thanks and will definitely be back next time we have to stay in PDC.

GBThis apartment was SUPERB!! I can't recommend it enough. Maria and Marco are outstanding hosts, and nothing was a problem. It's a home away from home. We loved how spacious it was. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The garden and pool area is fantastic! We loved it! So private and secure with a short walk to bars, beach, and restaurants. Don't hesitate to book this gem of a place. We will definitely book again! ❤️ ✨️
