Chilly non-heated pool - to cold for me but wife “dipped” Hill climb after a night out but easily solved with cheap - 3-4 euro taxi - so no real problem

Excellent property to stay in, myself my partner and our 2 year old son booked here over the new year and we was very impressed, Maria the owner is fantastic. I left my bag when checking out by accident and she informed me right away before I'd even left the town. Will definitely be booking again

Nothing not to like

The location is fabolous, anything you need is just around the corner (from Lidl and other food stores to bars, restaurants and pharmacy…). Beach is also very near, around 10min walk. The street parking is just outside the house, always available. Apartment, especially the kitchen is very well equipped (oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster), you can cook there if you want to. The pool was unfortunately too cold to swim in, but just being in the pool area is very nice, peaceful and relaxing. The hosts are super friendly, we received a welcome basket and they were available for any questions, gave us some restaurant recommendations and brought us a candle when there was no power one night.

If I have to choose something it would be that you can hear the hosts kids upstairs when he is playing and running around. It can get loud in the afternoon so keep this in mind if that’s something that could bother you.

This apartment is a gem in Puerto del Carmen, gorgeous, clean, quiet, secure and owned by a lovely family. Marco and Maria are lovely, they live in the building on the top floor. We were greeted by a cute welcome basket with some snacks, coffee, water and wine. The whole property has 3 apartments, 2 for holiday lettings, and one for the owners. It has a large, beautiful garden, pool, bbq, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Our apartment was well equipped with various kitchen utensils, dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, mini iron, hair dryer, etc. It has a washing machine, so we could travel light and our clothes could dry outside extremely quickly. The air conditioner is in the lounge area, quiet and cools down the whole apartment well. The bed was comfy and the bedroom had loads of space for storing clothes, etc. Wifi worked perfectly, even outside at our table. We tried the bbq, luckily it did not make uncomfortable smoke. Lidl is a stone drop away, Biosfera Plaza and bus stops are 5-10 mins on foot. The old town and the main tourist strip are 10-15 minutes. So everything was just perfect for our 10 days stay (:
