Terra Olivia Luxury Villas and Suites

We returned to this beautiful location and enjoyed watching the sunsets and the sea from our patio and bedroom window. Extremely clean (daily housekeeping), the villa is everything you'll need for your stay, and more. Fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. A very good, organic bottle of wine courtesy of the owners (thank you!). Very good and a diverse enough breakfast, always fresh. Big, nice, and clean pool. Not far from the beaches (by car)

Excellent property away from the hustle, beautiful sea view, relaxing on the private pool or staying with the owner at the big pool and the bar, totally peaceful middle of june, perfect getaway

The location is very good, close to the Paliouri village so you can walk there for lunch/dinner and close to a small supermarket. The view is really nice. The villas and area around them are very quiet. The breakfast is really good, a lot of options and everything was well prepared. The pool is big and very clean. The staff is friendly.

The furniture had a very musty smell, probably because of the humidity. It got better once we aired the room but did not go away entirely. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation system. There are no food options at the pool bar.

We spend 4 luxury days with our kids , every thing was amazing , very clean , stunning view ,the pool the breakfast every thing it’s just perfect the staff very helpful and nice specially Sofia and the lady in the kitchen we just liked every thing , the buss 10min away.

A beautiful location with great villas. Sea view from the patio and bedroom. Everything you need in the kitchen and a full size fridge. Coffee machine. The main pool is big and very clean. Even though the breakfast was the same for the entire week, it was diverse enough to satisfy everybody. Very clean and confortable. Short drive to different beaches.

This is the second time we have chosen this location and the third time in Paliouri and each time we have a wonderful time. Greece has something special and it attracts us no matter the season. And I think September is the best time for a few days of relaxation, good food and just lounging by the pool. Terra Olivia is the perfect place to rest and relax by the pool without the hustle and bustle of the beach. We will definitely be back next year.
