Hyatt Centric Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

Good location. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and all the historical sites of Philadelphia. There is so much to do!

I’ve had consistently excellent stays at the Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia, and it continues to be my go-to in Center City. Patrick at the front desk is outstanding—he does a great job welcoming guests and remembering preferences from previous stays, which really elevates the experience. Valerie is equally exceptional, especially in how she manages and recognizes frequent-stay guests. Both bring a level of professionalism and personal attention that stands out. Breakfast is consistently very good, and the overall service throughout the hotel reflects a well-run operation. The location is hard to beat—just steps from Rittenhouse Square and within easy walking distance of Philadelphia City Hall, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Independence Hall, and the Liberty Bell. You’re also right by Walnut Street shopping, including spots like Sherman Brothers Shoes. Overall, an excellent combination of service, comfort, and location. Highly recommended.

Staff gave us a room with a view of the city, or we would have just been staring at a brick wall. Experience was nice, staff was friendly, bed was clean. What else would you need.

This is an excellent hotel in Rittenhouse Square. The location is great and there are lots of things to do within walking distance. The hotel is modern and sleek. The staff was super friendly during check-in and when we requested an additional blanket on our second day, it was delivered within minutes. The room was clean and the bed was excellent.

The location is central enough to walk to various places to eat and explore. The parking garage was a bit of a hassle it could not fit our dodge ram truck so plan on parking in another garage off site for those with bigger vehicles. The staff was extremely friendly and respectful. I would stay again.
