The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

"A perfect spot for a short break."

Location perfect for walkimg from the train station. It was also a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of Leamington and all its amenities. Our room was spacious and clean with added bonus of French doors onto the rear garden. Breakfast was very tasty and the service and friendliness of the staff was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The room was small but had everything one could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At breakfast the staff could not have been more caring and helpful. The location of the hotel was great in relation to the centre of Royal Lemington Spa. Car parking was free and adequate.

The entrance to the hotel was rather disappointing and made us wonder about our choice. The Reception area was also disappointing.
