The hotel is clean and the staff is responsive, competent and friendly. Air conditioning worked well - always an issue for me. Bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast and lunch. Slippers only on request, room make-up only on separate request. This is unusual. But if you call to request making up room they will do it promptly. Waiter in the top-floor bar tried to charge me for a super expensive brandy which I didn’t order and didn’t have. But if you are not drunk yet and actually read your bill they will be very polite and refund promptly. So my overall mark is in the middle: it’s a solid hotel but not excellent.

Excellent service and lovely staff, from the front desk to breakfast staff to concierge. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly enough to splurge for an extra night. Easy to take taxis and Bolts to old town. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect hotel in the City center. We were upgraded to the highest floor. The rasaurant served really good food. The breakfast was also perfect. The only thing was, that hot meals were cold. I told it to the waitress, but they did not made anything.

A beautiful hotel with great and helpful staff, in the heart of the city, about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Delicious breakfast that suites everyone. The hotel is above the HUB, meaning that on the underground you will fins a supermarket, stores, coffee shops and even McDonalds. Also there is a metro station and bus station outside the hotel. The hotel located on the downtown with business buildings surrounding it, which is very quite. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Definitely will come back next time.

Overall not happy with the stay… to get water we need to keep lots of call to reception if it’s at night no one to answer even the calls.. in person went and take water for drinking. 3 nights staid in this hotel with Breakfast all these days same spread without any change. Plus I have seen is the cleanliness

Very clean & helpful staff.

The hotel is brand new and very modern. Our room was huge, but there were a couple of issues - firstly, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable so not great for a 4 night stay. Secondly, the room wasn't cleaned at all in 4 nights, which isn't great.
