Room deadbolt lock was broken. sheets were stained and unclean, comforter had holes.

I reserved a non-smoking room. However, there was intense smell of smoke, neither me nor my wife could breathe properly. The bathroom door lock was broken. The table lamps were nonfunctional as well. Overall, I am very disappointed with this reservation. Total waste of money.

I DID NOT like ANYTHING about this facility. The entire place felt SHADY and POORLY MAINTAINED, and even the towels were DISGUSTING. The shower looked so questionable that I wondered how it was even considered operable. This motel gives the impression of a place that has completely slipped through any type of inspection or standards, and I genuinely don’t understand how it’s licensed to operate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone.

I had to switch to Room 50 (facing the back of the facility) because the first assigned room REEKED OF CIGARETTES — despite a “No Smoking” sign on the door. RED FLAG NUMBER ONE! But the REAL nightmare happened the next morning (12/01/2025). As I walked to my car, I SLIPPED AND FELL HARD on a sheet of UNTREATED ICE caused by water dripping from the roof and freezing on the sidewalk — a completely preventable hazard. The fall was witnessed by a cleaning staff member AND also captured on CCTV, yet not a single person came to help me. Not even a “Are you okay?” When I reported the incident, two front desk employees were unbelievably RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and tried to BLAME ME. They refused to document anything, even though I clearly had pain in my right shoulder, arm, and hip from the HARD IMPACT FALL. Their attitude was shocking — ZERO empathy, ZERO professionalism, ZERO accountability. I checked out feeling ANGRY, SHAKEN, AND EXTEREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the motel’s DANGEROUS CONDITIONS and the staff’s COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR GUEST SAFETY. I contacted the property through Booking.com and still NO RESPONSE after two days. I’m now home with BRUISING, using ice packs, monitoring my pain, and considering whether I NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION. This experience was BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE! Guests deserve BASIC SAFETY and BASIC HUMAN DECENCY — neither of which this motel provided. I would STRONGLY WARN OTHERS to think twice before booking here!
