This place was filthy upon arrival, there was still half eaten food from the last person who stayed there in the fridge, dirty towels everywhere, bedsheets with hair and crumbs. And the whole place smelled bad.

Incomodidad de la habitación, luces del baño casi inexistentes, la cocina nunca funcionó, falta de toallas, sin ascensor y estuve en cuarto piso, no lo indican en el aviso.

La habitacion es Comoda, la ubicacion es buena.

Solicite un ventilador, no tenian, no hay aire acondicionado, El internet no es muy bueno, no habia comunicacion con el anfitrión, no tienen un número whats app, solo numero local, como un turista que no tiene acceso a un numero local puede llamar? y para completar habia que limpiar el cuarto antes de entregar. Ahh y despues de el primer dia, llego otro huesped a entrar a mi cuarto, intentando abrir, culpa del anfitrion, mala información, me parecio terrible. Muy mal servicio, no lleno mis expectativas y es costoso. Nunca pude hablar con nadie para alguna ayuda.

Price. For this price, it’s the best—and probably the only—option that isn’t a hostel. The bed is comfortable, the room is generally in good condition, and I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony and the view from the balcony was wonderful! It’s also close to a tram stop. Supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are nearby.

The fridge smells like rotten food, and all the food is absorbing that smell. As for cutlery—there was 1 spoon, 1 fork, and cooking utensils (which was nice that they were there). The balcony was a plus, but it was hard to open because the blinds were jammed, and every time we opened it, it felt like a workout. Even then, we could only open the balcony about a third of the way, and we had to crawl underneath the blinds from below. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was terribly placed and very sharp. If you sit down carelessly, you can end up with a huge scratch (which is exactly what happened to us).

Excelente ubicación, barrio muy tranquilo y lindo, a 5 minutos en tranvía de la estación, apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario, buena limpieza
