North Creek Resort Condos

We've had a chance to stay at 2 units now on this property and more than likely will book again the next time...we were here for work in the area.. easy to get around, very clean and units are well supplied with items needed to take care of yourself

Cozy and comfortable property

The unit was very clean, quiet, the view was great too facing the small river. The fact they allowed us with our dog was perfect, we had a great time. I will recommend the place with confidence.

Condo itself is decent with a few discrepancies. Had a previously blood stained pillow cover and hand towel. Tops of baseboards are gross and some cracking drywall on the header above kitchen island. Lower levels get a lot of noice from above. Property management company is quite annoying with their communications. Taking your own trash to the commercials bins seems a bit much.

Location and space and very supportive staff

Unit needs some repair/maintenance as cracks are visible on many things from door to kitchen counter top to bath tiles. Moreover, provided pans are beyond their life and pause a health hazard and the non stick layer is eroded and scratched which is makes it unsafe for cooking. Moreover, they were not clean enough. The Vasaca 1-800 nb staff is rude and not supportive they hang on me once and the other time they ask me wash my self the provided bath towels. The local staff is amazing and fixed on the spot my concerns and promptly got me new towels. Moreover, Vasaca didn’t accommodate my cat.

The perfect stay for our family of four.

Amazing place. Very cozy, very clean! Loved the heated floor in the washroom. Would stay here again on our next trip to Collingwood.
