EMA House Serviced Apartments Superior Unterstrass

The hotel's location was excellent, our room was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The furniture was new. Our early check-in request was kindly accommodated. Thank you for all of these.

The trash bin was not emptied during the room cleaning, and the floors were not cleaned very well, which was a downside. Also, there was only one detergent provided for the washing machine, so we were only able to do laundry once during our 4-day stay. These were the negative aspects.

It’s very clean and modern. For our families air conditioning and washer-dryer are also big plus points. The neighbourhood is very quite. Furthermore, the staff are super friendly and responsive

The lift is very small, and because ours was duplex apt, some walls are slanted and we bumped our heads few times accidentally and the cleaning only happens 3 times per week

More accurate info re where to get groceries. We were directed to Denner, but there was a closer little shop just up the hill that we found by chance the second day. Both shops were good!

Near Zurich HB but still quiet.

What was an impeccable service provided by professional team at EMA Property. The property look absolutely beautiful and modern and clean, plus the amenities are sufficient and accommodative. Instructions and supports during the stay were wonderful, cannot fault anything It is in quite location (but absolutely safe) and super convenient to get to the central either by walk or public transport. We cannot wait to next visit to Switzerland.

Nothing

It wasn't far from the downtown area (10 min walk) and a block from the tram we took to many places. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and store food as we were trying not to spend too much going out. It's in a beautiful building, but I get the impression people stay there for work as there were businesses across the street. I loved how quiet was at night. It was perfect for our family for four nights!

Everything was great about the apartment, I just wish it hadn't rained so much during our stay. Can't help Mother Nature!
