The building could be better maintained. It needs some modernisation. Cupboard space is very limited, shower room is very basic. Paying for the location and not much else, so overpriced.

you wake up and look directly on the beach, bed was really comfortable, there are two little bars within 2 minutes

It's a nice spot in front of the beach. Was clean and with a large room and a large bed it also has WiFi. Large car park and spacious.

The shower didn't have a screen which made the floor wet. Upon arrival the receptionist wasn't very helpful, and didn't speak English. There was also no instructions for the room. It said breakfast was included and we gathered it was from the menu in our room. Which turns out it wasn't after our trip to the local restaurant which charged us and said they don't offer food for the boutique. We also asked for a taxi but the.receptionist was unable go help, however the bungalows next door were much more helpful. The pictures up on booking.com must be very old as the steps and concrete must have been attacked by the sea during a storm in the past which makes it quite unsafe. The cleaner came in quite early around 8am which made us feel rushed, and so we couldn't relax fully, it would have been better if the cleaner came in mid day for example. I did raise a few suggestions to the receptionist but didn't get any response.

Right on the beach, clean rooms with very comfortable beds in the 2 bedroom villa. Good location, restaurants either side and coffee shop on the main road. We did our research, so knew what to expect.

Beach and grounds need better cleaning, breakfast is one option (may be due to language barrier). Bathroom was clean but needs some maintenance (looks tired/grubby).
