The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good breakfast with alot of variety.

This was the fist place in Thailand that charged for the water bottles in the room. I had bungalow 16 and it was so far from the office that the WiFi didn’t work at all. I had to leave early and didn’t get refunded for those night. That was expected but when I was still charged for the water and the two beers I drank that were in my room that was a bummer. I expressed my frustration with that and was told it was hotel policy. Again the staff was great but the hotel seems to pinch every penny out of you they can. Also the hotel seems water heater in my room was broken. If you are looking to explore the park stay in Pak Chong. The spot is 3 hours away from the entrance.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Es war wenig Privatsphäre, die privaten Bäder sind vor der Unterkunft angelegt und gehören zur Veranda. Eine Nacht hatten wir Nachbarn, die sehr lange wach waren, man hat leider sehr viel gehört. Wir haben außerdem eine Thai Massage gebucht, die zu unserer Überraschung im eigenen Zimmer stattfand. Bei zwei Stunden war es etwas ungeschickt, dass sich die andere Person in der Zeit außerhalb des Zimmers beschäftigten musste.
