ULIV Polanco

Location is near a big supermarket and Antara mall, bit far from the usual tourist spots but great for us since we don't want to stay in the tourist area.

The shower is quite small, temperature needs adjustment so it was a struggle. It wasn't as clean since we saw some random hair around the area. They literally do not have a ramp so be prepared to haul your luggages up to the reception area.

Location is excellent

Very bad damage smell, hot water automatic switch (was attended after complaint) During mid stay cleaning, fresh towels were not provided. Used towels were folded and kept. No additional toilet roles or coffee capsules. All kept at minimum to check the box

The access and location was great. The property was clean and spacious

There was no bulb in the living room lamp and the bedside lamp didn’t seem to work. The coffee machine also seemed to be faulty

El estacionamiento es TERRIBLE.

La ubicación y el tamaño de la propiedad

No había personal, el check-in es straight forward pero no hay claras instrucciones sobre checkout y demás. Eso es malísimo.
