ULIV Polanco

Muy bien, muy amables, limpio, muy accesible

The room is clean and service Staff is very nice. ULIV Polanco locate in a good place and easier to access many shopping and tourism sights. You also can have a good view in top roof and have a relax there. Good experience in here and will recommend for your next trip.

Location was great. The amenities were nice. Christopher was extremely helpful. Views were great.

There was some confusion about our booking with the security guard but after that everything was very smooth. The shower in one of the bathrooms was a little difficult to use. There were only two of us but it was still a bit weird to only have two of everything, I’m sure Christopher would have brought us more had we bothered to ask though.

I would stay here again. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby.

It was easy to find and get an Uber. It is across from a nice mall. It had a full kitchen with utensils. It had 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It had a washer and dryer. Chris, the hotel liaison, tried to be helpful

The hot only water worked about 40% of the time so we had to take a few freezing showers. It was pretty far from most central areas we wanted to visit. Chris only worked certain hours and the other staff seemed bothered by us. The floor was cracked and had mold in a few spots.

We’ve stayed with ULIV Properties every time we visit Mexico City, and generally, our experiences have been positive. However, this stay was less than ideal. We chose this particular location due to its proximity to the embassy. Upon arrival, the security staff didn’t recognize us, and our name was not on the list, which caused a 30-minute delay before realizing we were ULIV guests and calling someone to assist. When we finally got to our room, it was on the first floor and didn’t have the windows as shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. We asked to see if another room was available, and although someone said they would check, they disappeared and never followed up. The overall experience was just okay, but definitely not up to the standard of other ULIV properties we’ve stayed in. There were also signs of wear and tear, including mold in the bathroom walls, which was disappointing. ULIV, we know you can do better with this location. Thanks

The location was superb. The access to everything was a great advantage.

It had no air conditioning and I was not offered any alternative ventilation source so I had to keep opening the doors which was a bit inconvenient.

Terrible place 1) Very, very noisy. Street noise all day and all night. One window broken not closing making noise worse. 2 ) Horrendous lighting, every single lightbulb hurts your eyes and gives you headaches. 3 ) Pillows are atrocious the worst. Impossible to sleep.,
