The rooms were cleaned very late in the afternoon if at all. Fortunately I am not untidy!

Fabulous hotel right in the city. The rooms were really quiet, comfortable and had everything you need for a nights stay. Ours a had a great water view. All of the staff are really lovely. The bar was a great place to have a drink before a night out. Valet parking was a bonus. We didn't eat there, but the restaurant was busy that night so it must be good and colleagues had the buffet breakfast, which they thought it was of a good price and great quality.

Not really an issue but we checked in at 2 pm and cars do get backed up in the one way system waiting for the valet parking, the staff were doing their best to move them as fast as possible but some guests got unnecessarily impatient.
