The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were nice

There were people up all night above my room so we didn't get a good night sleep, I complain to the manager but nothing was done about the situation

"Great staff and room but Bad Construction"

The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

Outside the Hotel was construction ALL night. Constant banging so it was very hard to sleep well. I know it is not the hotels fault but would have been nice to know at the time I booked.

I love the hospitality & cleanliness of this place!!! One of the best places I know in SA to stay besides downtown. I’ve been coming here since they first opened & I’ll continue as long as management & facilities stay the same.
