Front desk worker Joe was very pleasant and tried to accommodate us as much as she could. I like the hardwood floors

We had a horrible bug incident in both rooms. We were switched from room 316 to 314 in both rooms had a major bug problem. I made the front desk aware and they do nothing about it, but offered to switch us to another room. That was very disappointing, and the fact that there was no resolution to it made me and my husband check out and go to another hotel

I was very impressed with the hotel for it being one of the long term stays..Price was the best for a no-frills hotel..the staff went above and beyond to help with a hiccup in the air condioning system in my room..

Location

As new as it was it isn’t kept up. The stove was broken, there was hair in the shower, the elevator would keep opening and closing making us use the stairs. There wasn’t any amenities my Airbnb had more than my hotel.

There was absolutely nothing that I liked.

I didn’t like that the front desk worker was very unfriendly didn’t talk just stood there didn’t. There was no hospitality at all I looked at three different rooms on three different floors and wasn’t satisfied at all the rooms was dirty the bathroom was dirty the refrigerator was dirty housekeeper hair is obviously shedding it was hair in the bathroom in the shower on the floor all in the bed. I found a spider in the bed plus hair I was very disappointed and this was suppose to be my daughter birthday sleepover.
