elevator didn’t work

The man at the check in desk was very pleasant and the room was a great size and had everything we needed. Clean and safe location. Beautiful landscaping and lush tree views. Free breakfast included.

Not much parking available for the size of the lot. Often times had to circle around a couple times to find a place. Parking is not included, an additional $10 a day. Also a surprise $50 incidentals charge which means you sign your credit card authorization for an amount higher than what you booked it for. The man at front desk was super sweet when he saw my children he made sure to offer them some snacks (Oreos snack pack). Unfortunately, we are very discriminating with the ingredients we give our kids so I had to disappoint them short-term when I took them away after but I do understand the gesture was well-intentioned. Probably not a big deal to most families.

The property was up to date in every way. From the out door furniture to the weight room/gym. The free breakfast was outstanding and, the employee who attended the serving were exceptional. Homewood even offered a mid-week evening reception. With everything from soup to wine.

The one problem was the EV charging plug in was often occupied by gasoline powered vehicles.

Omar one of the reception staff , what a rude aggressive man every thing was to much effort for him , on arrival we went to our room and there was cat litter on the carpet and the rooms weren’t cleaned till after 3:30 in the afternoon
