Suburban Studios Roseville-Detroit North

First of all I would not have even Booked a room with this hotel if it did not have continental breakfast it states it with the booking I find out the next morning there is no breakfast my husband is a diabetic he has to eat we were directed to a vending machine on our floor to puchase junk food. when we first arrive at the front desk to check in the desk clerk was not friendly at all he never greeted us I had to speak to him first and I am the Guest all he addressed me with was did I already have a Reservation He did not go over any amenities with us I had to ask about the parking and where our room was located he never said have a good stay never told us what time was check out I asked him could we check out late he answered no right away during our stay the light bulb in one of the lamps needed changing it was really dark in our room because the bulbs was not that bright so we called down to the front desk asking for the bulb to be replaced the front desk stated there was no repair man available until tomorrow also the Thermostat was not working well it became cold in our room we called to the front desk again the attendant had my husband to come down and get batteries to replace in the Thermostat it was still not reading well unbelivable we had to to act like the Repairman for our room the shower was terrible I am so use to adjusting the temperature when taking a shower at all hotels this one had no adjustment the moment you turn on the shower the cold water comes out t

All around excellent!

False advertising of continental breakfast. They're still using COVID for the reason to not set out breakfast items. Property is really old, but the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Check in was an hour later then web site stated. There was no free breakfast.

Nice location, and room; lovely amenities. House-keeping just needs to step up their game.
