We stayed at this hotel for three nights in an Ocean King Delight room, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The room cleanliness did not meet expectations for a hotel in this price range. The carpet had visible stains, which gave an overall impression of poor upkeep. Additionally, no assistance was offered with our luggage. While this may not always be expected, for the price paid it is reasonable to expect a higher level of service. The reception staff were noticeably cold and unwelcoming, which stood out—especially in contrast to the generally warm hospitality we experienced elsewhere in Hanoi. We were informed that the swimming pool was open until 9:00 PM. However, by 6:00 PM the pool lights were turned off. When we requested that the lights be switched on, our request was ignored. The most unpleasant experience occurred during checkout. We checked out at 11:00 AM to catch a flight and were asked to wait while our room was inspected. The staff then claimed that a hand towel was missing. Given the amount we paid, this accusation felt unnecessary and inappropriate. Due to time constraints, I personally returned to the room and found the towel already placed in a drawer. Despite this, we were asked to bring all towels to the reception desk for counting, which was both inconvenient and embarrassing. This situation left us feeling unfairly suspected and disrespected as guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. At this price point, there are many better alternatives available with significantly higher standards of service and hospitality.

Staff in the breakfast restaurant was over expectations. THe service was 5 star and always feel welcome. Exceptional experience from everyone.
