magnifique vue sur les sapins. Emplacement idéal et belle station. Bar très sympa et cocktails excellents ! personnel très gentil et equipe d animation au top !!

La propreté des toilettes communes pourraient etre améliorées. Il manquait du personnel au restaurant je pense

Bardzo przyjemny hotel pomimo wieku. Niezwykle sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Świetnie zlokalizowany praktycznie na stoku. Zaraz obok hotelu trzy wyciągi narciarskie. Dosłownie tuz obok kryty parking. Hotel posiada trzy restauracje o zróżnicowanym charakterze. W jednej serwowane kolacje w formie bufetu. W drugiej specjalnością jest fondue i raclette. Trzecia a la cart z wyrafinowaną kuchnią. Aktualnie hotel oferuje pobyty all inclusive gdzie jedzenie a nawet napoje alkoholowe wliczone są w cenę pobytu. Śniadania z dużym wyborem ale kolacje to prawdziwe uczty:) ! Hotel rodzinny przyjazny dzieciom. Komfortowe pokoje.

Zdecydowanie za małe zaplecze SPA i saunowe. Byłem w tym hotelu przed laty i dużym atutem były wieczorne występy muzyków na żywo w części barowej przy romantycznie płonącym kominku. Tym razem niestety oferta artystyczna na wieczory dość słaba.

un peu de place dans le restaurant principal, plus de variété au petit déjeuner, plus de couverts et assiettes, car cela manque régulièrement, sinon, tout est ok

Perfectly located in Arc 1800, within close proximity to all major ski lifts, including the Transarc. The hotel’s architecture is truly impressive, featuring a stepped design seamlessly integrated into the mountain slope. Breakfast and dinner were good. We didn’t get a chance to try lunch as we were always out on the slopes, but I expect it would be just as good.

All the meals were very good with lots of choice. The location for skiing was excellent. The All Inclusive deal for food and drink is an excellent idea. Extremely pleasant staff who were very helpful with any queries.

Small point, but the boot room was far too hot, felt like you had been in a sauna after putting all your gear on. Some of the rooms were a long way from reception but could not be helped given the design of the building.
