L’hôtel est superbe, les chambre sont biens et comportent tous le nécessaire. Les restaurants de l’hôtel sont tops. J’aimerai remercier tous le personnel de l’hôtel, de la réception, les restaurant m, la plage et spécialement a Mr Phoom qui était avec son équipe au petit soin pour rendre toutes nos demande possible et le séjour agréable. Ce séjour est définitivement un de meilleurs qu’on a vécu.

המלון יפה ונקי והחדרים גדולים ויפים

השירות היה מאוד לוקה בחסר התחיל בהבטחה למסאז שכלול בחבילה שלנו שלבסוף התברר שהיה טעות, המשיך בחוסר סיוע בסגירת סירה להפלגה ואחרי שמצאנו סירה מחוץ למלון הבנו גם שהמחירים במלון בערך פי שלוש. זמן ההמתנה לאיסוף של הבאגי מהחדר וזמן המענה בוואצאפ של השירות היה איטי ומאוד לקוני ולא מסייע. הכל הסתיים בזה שגם ניסו להשחיל בחשבון 1600 באט על שירותי ספא שלא השתמשנו בהם. בקיצור מאוד מאוד מאכזב .
