Business invoice was requested at the time of booking but not received at the time of checkout

Rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were good.

Rude behaviour of staffs, AC not working properly. Not good privacy for single room as this is like a 2bhk appartment

There were no facilities provided as mentioned in Booking.com. No wifi, No channels in TV and No soap and bathroom necessities. Poor quality bed and room for RS 3600+ Highly disappointed!

The breakfast was good and delicious. Though it was items were less ,they were good and really tasty .The rooms were good . though was not so neat as expected as the bathrooms were smelly . Maybe not maintained well

We stayed at your place for a day. The place was good and spacious with most of the facilities. However there are few issues which we faced. Parking is a problem there as there is very limited parking available there and no help in getting the parking place for the guests who stay at your place, cabs are parked in these spaces and we requested them to move and make space for our vehicle. Your people there should have seen to this. The bigger issue is that you have only provided me with a manual bill for my stay and not a GST bill which I am supposed to get.. We were told that the printer was not working and hence they can only give a manual bill. This is a poor excuse as you can always send the bill to my mail. If you are accepting payment from me with GST , Then you should provide me with a GST Bill. If you are not doing this I will assume that your company is involved in GST fraud and I will never again associate myself personally nor my company with you in the future . I have no intention of associating with companies that engage in tax frauds.
