InTown Suites Extended Stay Clearwater FL

The low rate attracted us, but you get what you pay for. This was very bare bones living. No dishes, pots or pans are provided. You only get 1 towel and wash cloth a piece and 1 roll off toilet paper. Bed linens are replaced once a week. Office hours are 11-6, closed Sundays. You are expected to use on-site laundry. Next time we'll know to bring kitchen items. You get what you pay for, but the rate was worth it in the end.

Always nice House keeping on top of things and maintaining always on call new management is doing a lot of good work,,.........,. ...... ........,....,...................,................ .................,.................m

The hotel looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. Totally misleading experience, I highly recommend avoiding this place!

i did see a bug i thought was a roach but maybe im trippin and it was a different bug. other than that it was cool. :)

Location, spacious room. kitchen with working appliances, free but slow wifi service

Cockroach infestation (cockroach on bed on two occasions), dirty carpet, no kitchen utensils (we had to buy some), no clothes hangers

Won’t clean rooms, when they did a week later they left the dirty towels. Unclean, unprofessional.

It was like a welfare hotel filthy outside grounds,stained carpet,couch stained.The smell of marijuana was overwhelming & on the last day I was throwing garbage out in the dumpster in the parking lot & a homeless woman was sleeping on a pallet next to it.The staff was very nice but the place is beyond shabby

Please tell me I was not charged for nine nights. My flight got in at 10 o’clock. I got to this place at 10:45 and had to sleep in my truck because the office closed at 7 PM. Until 11 the next morning. The man behind the counter at 11 the next morning was a complete jerk and told me I had to pay for the night before. Please tell me I didn’t pay for nine nights or I’m going to have to, get in touch and find out why

The man behind the counter, the next morning was rude, crass and vulgar to me in front of approximately half a dozen other people.
