The Buck Inn

Food was amazing and we arrived back late from the 3 Yorkshire Peaks and the staff ensured I could have a very late dinner. Was also flexible with the breakfast buffet! Really lovely rooms and clean.

Not a complaint but worth noting that the light switch to the bathroom was above the door frame so I couldn’t reach!

Delicious black pudding with breakfast. A flock of sheep passing the inn was such a spectacle. Jeremy, Jo and all provided the best welcome ever.

A warning regarding the popularity of the Sunday carvery would have been useful

The staff are second to none The landlord goes above and beyond to help in many ways There were numerous returning guests which speaks for itself Both breakfast and evening meals were excellent

Lovely location with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, good pub food and a good selection of real ales

The bathrooms could do with some further modernisation, esepcially the showers
