Great stay
This was the only room we could find available when we planned our 4th of July Grand Isle trip back in March. The Basic Cottage was more than we expected. 2 double beds and king size bedroom was more than enough. There was still enough room for an air mattress for the grandkids. The property was clean and accommodating for fisherman. If you don’t mind driving 30 minutes to Grand Isle this is a great spot.

I liked the place.
Everything was nice but the beds were too hard for us. If they change the beds it would be a 5 star from me. However, if you like really firm beds this is the place for you. Everything was clean and fresh. Ac worked very well! Would still recommend for families and couples.
