Likte at de hjalp oss med en tuktuk fordi stedet lå veldig langt oppe i fjellet så biler kunne ikke kjøre helt opp.

Trodde vi hadde betalt via booking (veldig dårlig og vanskelig å se om det var betalt). Så skulle vi sjekke ut og da skulle han ha betalt kontakt. Det var bare flaks at vi hadde nok kontakter til å betale med.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, die Aussicht ist der Hammer! Allerdings sollte der Weg zum Hotel beachtet werden da es wirklich sehr steil raufgeht!!

Gibt grundsätzlich nichts zum aussetzen außer die Ameisen die von draußen reinkommen darum sollte sich gekümmert werden

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Sri Lanka. Wifi was super fast, great air conditioning, beautiful room & hot water. The host was so accomodating, organising Tuk Tuk's to the Main Street, great communication and English skills.

The property is a little out of the way from the main area. However; you can hire your own scooter & it has incredible morning views of the sunrise over the mountains. It's also super quiet so we had a great night sleep.

The owner was super nice and helpful, gave me a ride to the main area to get dinner in the day I arrived, didn't charge extra for laundry and gave me breakfast in the last day. Overall very good value for money.

I didn't know there is construction nearby so it was noisy during the day. There was mold on the wall. Also the place is located in an area that's hard to access with a car and you have to go up many stairs.

Ella Ostella is a beautiful place, located outside of the city center up in the hills. Walking down to the city is a nice walk, which doesn't take long, and up there are always a lot of tuc tucs around to take you. The staff is friendly and helpful! The room isn't the newest, but it's nice, clean and well equipped. They are also building a new house at the moment just above the old one, which looks like it will be amazing when it's finished! View is great.
