"Der Preis ist unschlagbar aber mit einigen Defiziten."

Frühstück und Abendessen war gut. Die Qualität der kostenlosen alkoholischen Getränke zum Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das Silvesterprogramm war sehr toll.

Wir hatten zwei Tage nur eiskaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Am dritten Tag schwankte es zwischen kalt und heiß. Teilweise kam rot/braunes Wasser aus der Leitung. Die Reaktion an der Rezeption war „das macht nichts, es hat trotzdem Trinkwasser Qualität“. Bettdecken sind sehr elektrisierend. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Poolwasser war sehr kühl. Ich hätte es auf maximal 22-23 Grad geschätzt obwohl an der Tafel 27 Grad angeschrieben waren.

Lokacija odlična, dobra igraonica za djecu i uslužni djelatnici.

Soba: voda u kupaonici u više navrata žute boje, tople vode ima ovisno o dijelu dana, kreveti zastarjeli, daljinski tv-a radi samo na udaljenosti od 20 cm. Bazen: temperatura vode dosta hladnija od primjerene. Ogrtači za bazen su nas dočekali u sobi, ali uz napomenu da su naplaćuju 6 eura po komadu. Restoran: hrana je osrednja, daleko ispod očekivanja, a kod naziva jela nigdje nisu navedeni alergeni, čak kod nekih jela nema ni naziva. S obzirom da se radi o hotelu s 4* i s obzirom na cijenu, sveukupan dojam je daleko ispod očekivanog, na razini hotela 2*.

"Ár- érték arányban nekünk megfelelő volt, biztos, hogy visszatérünk."

Az ételek finomak voltak, bár a vacsora gyakran kihűlt mire fogyasztottuk volna. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, maximálisan meg voltunk velük elégedve. A szilveszteri vacsora, mulatság fantasztikus volt, és nem számoltak fel érte plusz költséget. ( csak az italokért) Gyakorlatilag pályaszállás, korrekt zárható szekrényekkel a sífelszerelésnek.

Zuhanyzáskor sokára ért a szobába a meleg víz. A szaunát csak plusz költség fejében lehet igénybe venni, ami szerintem nagyon magas. ( 26 Euro/fő) A jacuzziban nem volt mindig elég meleg a víz, így néha nem fürödtünk.
