My wife and I stayed for five days in Villa 24 this October at Raffles Bali, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The villa itself is spectacular – spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately maintained. The linens, bedding, and amenities are truly top tier. We especially loved the outdoor shower and the large private pool with sweeping ocean views – a perfect place to unwind in privacy. Dining at Raffles Bali is a highlight in its own right. We enjoyed meals at both restaurants, and every bite was outstanding. The food is abundant, beautifully presented, and the variety impressive – especially the numerous Indonesian sambals, which added such vibrancy to the meals. Afternoon tea was a real high point, and each night we returned to our villa to find thoughtfully prepared tea, fresh fruit, and delicious treats waiting for us. Service throughout the resort was impeccable. Our butler, Ednah, anticipated every need and orchestrated our stay with seamless care. The entire staff, particularly the restaurant team and Loloan beach bar staff, were professional, kind, and welcoming. The resort itself is very quiet and exclusive, offering a true sense of retreat and tranquility. If you are seeking a luxurious and peaceful escape in Bali, I cannot recommend Raffles Bali highly enough. Overall, this was one of the most memorable and restorative vacations we’ve ever had – Raffles Bali sets a new standard for luxury hospitality.

Raffles Bali is a world of warmth, grace, and magic. I chose this place to propose to my girlfriend, and it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the very beginning, the staff treated us nicely. They helped me organize the proposal with such care and kept everything a perfect surprise for my girlfriend. Everyone — from the concierge to the housekeeping team — worked together seamlessly to make every moment flow with ease and beauty. The General Manager personally welcomed us and later congratulated us with genuine warmth. After the proposal, every staff member we met shared kind words and heartfelt blessings. It was deeply touching — a rare sincerity that made us feel truly special and celebrated. Our villa was breathtaking. Perched between the ocean and the hills, it offered an incredible view. Every detail reflected perfection, from the softest linens to the crystal-clear water of the pool, purified through multiple filtration systems. These thoughtful touches set Raffles Bali apart from the fine luxury resorts we’ve stayed at before. Dining here was another highlight. Every meal was crafted with care, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The variety was impressive. Raffles Bali didn’t just host our engagement, it gave us a memory for a lifetime. This resort embodies the true spirit of hospitality, where every smile feels genuine and every detail feels meaningful. We left with hearts full of gratitude and a promise that we will return one day.

I've tried many villa resorts in Bali for years, and Raffles is one of the best in almost every aspects, from pickup/drop off to resort facilities, services, dinning quality, Spa, and the view. Of course it all come with a price tag but definitely a very worthy experience overall for a vacation.

Raffles Bali was the best decision we made when selecting a venue for our multi-day international wedding. The venue itself is incredible - clean/modern/zen with endless picturesque backdrops and dramatic views perfect for the ceremony and beyond. However, what really stood out was the world class service: * Debbie — the master coordinator - every detail and change was anticipated and handled promptly and in an organized manner. And trust me, there were changes up to the final hour of the wedding. * Chef G — head chef - pulled off the most impressive dinner service I’ve ever seen. I asked him to cook dishes he’s never done before, and he pulled it off better than the Michelin Stars in the bay area that inspired the dishes. He also iterated with us on the dishes until we got to the desired characteristics. What an artisan of the craft. * Aditya — head butler - made everything feel seamless and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about making people’s lives better. * The bartending team was fantastic—keeping the energy high and everyone hydrated until the AMs. I sincerely hope ownership recognizes how exceptional this team is. If you’re considering Raffles Bali for a wedding or any milestone celebration—do it. You won’t find a better combination of heart, hospitality, and execution.

A Wonderful Stay at Raffles Bali: A Journey Filled with Comfort and Joy During our trip to Bali, Raffles Bali was undoubtedly the most dazzling highlight—it interpreted the word "perfection" to the fullest with its meticulous details and warm hospitality, and brought us an overwhelming sense of emotional fulfillment that went far beyond our expectations. The food here was a delightful feast for the taste buds. Every dish, whether it was the fresh local Balinese cuisine or the exquisitely crafted international delicacies, was made with premium ingredients and careful preparation. The fragrant coconut curry with tender seafood, the crispy satay grilled to perfection, and the sweet tropical fruit dessert that melted in the mouth—each bite was a wonderful surprise, leaving a lasting impression on our palates. Our room was like a private paradise hidden in the tropical scenery. The villas, scattered along the hillside, all boasted unobstructed views of Jimbaran Bay. As we pushed open the door, a private swimming pool and a lush garden came into sight immediately. The spacious room, covering an area of 490 square meters, combined the warm texture of solid wood furniture with the neat lines of modern design perfectly. Lying on the large bed facing the sea, we could watch the sunrise paint the sky in golden colors in the morning and listen to the gentle sound of waves at night, which made every moment feel peaceful and precious. What touched us most was the enthusiastic and thoughtful service of the staff. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, they greeted us with bright smiles and took the initiative to help with our luggage. They remembered our small habits—like preferring a cup of hot tea in the afternoon—and would quietly prepare it for us. Whenever we had questions about local attractions or travel plans, they would patiently give detailed suggestions and even help book tickets. Their sincere care made us feel at home, even in a foreign land. Without a doubt, Raffles Bali was the most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our entire Bali trip. It didn’t just provide a place to rest, but created countless beautiful memories for us and satisfied all our expectations for a perfect vacation. We will definitely come back again!

Firstly I am very appreciative for Yudi’s help over the past few days. His thoughtful and warm service made our holiday truly wonderful. Especially, allowing us a late check-out gave us plenty of time and space to rest before our flight. I will recommend this place to all my friends without hesitation! The restaurant Rumari was absolutely delicious. What's more, they designed an East-West-North-South paper game, which introduced the origin of the restaurant's name, the sources of ingredients, and the members of the chef team in a very fun way. The hotel offers breathtaking views, and every staff member was warm, kind, and courteous, providing the perfect ending to our Bali trip.

We spent our honeymoon at Raffles Bali and had a wonderful experience. The views were stunning, the villa was beautiful and comfortable, and our butler Yudi took excellent care of us. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
