It’s close to everything

• Excellent location right in the centre of Jeddah, close to everything. • Breakfast was outstanding — wide international selection, delicious bakery items, well-seasoned hotdogs, and a very efficient and friendly egg station. • Free parking was a big plus.

• I booked a triple room for 2 adults + 2 children, and the Booking.com listing clearly showed 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed. The photos included a living area with an actual sofa bed. • Upon check-in, I was given a studio room with no sofa bed, only a long bench. When I queried this, the receptionist insisted the bench was the “sofa bed”, which was confusing and disappointing. • I had to request extra quilt and pillows myself, as the receptionist did not inform housekeeping, and I had to re-explain why I needed them. • I was even told the room was “for 2 people” by housekeeping, despite booking it for 2 adults and 2 children. • My daughter fell ill and vomited on the bed sheet — housekeeping only provided an extra sheet and I had to change it myself. • Concierge staffing was insufficient — usually only one person, resulting in long waiting times (+10 minutes) to collect luggage and same during checkout. • The 2-in-1 washing machine/dryer doesn’t work properly. Clothes were still wet even after more than 6 hours on drying mode.

إفطار متنوع

التأخير الذي تم ، الدخول المقرر من قبل موفر الخدمة الساعة ٢ ظهرًا وكنت مقرر عدم التوجه للموقع الا الساعة ٤ عصرًا أعلم بأن سيحصل تأخير ساعة إلى ساعتين فعلياً كنت متواجد الساعة ٥ عصراً وإنهاء إجراءات التسجيل ودفع المبلغ لكن بعدها حدث غير طبيعي تم سماعه {الغرفة غير جاهزه} انتظر !! سيطرت التعب والاجهاد الذي يحدث من السفر تمالكت نفسي والتوجه للسيارة لأخذ قسطًا من الراحة التي هي من حقي بأن تكون بالغرفة وليس بالسيارة … مع ذلك لم استلم الغرفة الا الساعة ٦ تقريبًا ….

موقع الفندق فقط لكن وجود صعوبه في الوصول

عدم الاهتمام بالغرف ومتطلباتها المخدات والسرير اصبحت غير مريحة ارتفاع أسعار الايجار مقارنه بالخدمات المقدمة
