個室には座高の高い椅子と机が無く 和式の低い文机と座椅子だった

Nara‑an is one of my favorite places to stay in Japan. Why? - It’s spotless, peaceful, and set in a quiet small town just a 7‑minute walk from the nearest train station. From there, it’s only about 10 minutes to Nara and under an hour to Kyoto or Osaka. - The inn is run by a wonderful American‑Japanese couple who make the experience feel more like staying with family than at a hotel. - Breakfast is fantastic, and the shared common area with a TV has a cozy, home‑like atmosphere. - Every room is stocked with all the essentials. Some have private bathrooms, others have shared facilities, but everything is thoughtfully arranged. - Plenty of hot water and comfortable Japanese futons round out the stay.

Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. The owners even spend their free time volunteering with rescued dogs—a truly noble effort, and something you don’t often see in Japan.

全て良かったです。特に朝ごはんが美味しかった！ 帰りがけに保護犬ちゃんに会いました。めちゃくちゃかわいかった………！

周りがとても静かなので、声の大きさには注意が必要です。と言っても、よほど大きな声でなければ大丈夫だと思います。

管理人のご夫婦の人柄がとても良く気持ちの良い接客だった。 食堂やトイレ等の共同施設も宿泊した部屋もとても綺麗だった。

個々で感じ方が違うと思いますが、当方睡眠の際に眠りが浅いため、窓を完全に閉めた状態でも施設の前を通るバイクや車の音が気になった。
