Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful, and all round pleasant.

Great, safe, walkable neighborhood with good mix of the old and new, plenty of restaurants and shops. A ten-minute walk brings you a major thoroughfare with everything from Family Mart to THE APPLE STORE to designer shops. There is a great Don Quijote and if you don't know Don Quijote; you MUST go and check it out. Don't buy souvenirs until you do. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful.

The lounge was closed tor renovations, though i realize this was just bad timing. It would have certainly rounded out the experience.
