Apartments Carpathia

The appartment is beautiful and spacious, although very dark. The bedroom is comfortable, the bathroom huge. The staff was very friendly and even brought us a corkscrew on the 31st.

The appartment is extremley dark. We had to turn lights on in the morning. The weather was not great so there was not much sun, and the beautiful, large trrees in front of the windows block it. Maybe the owners can consider better lighting in the appartment to make this less of an issue. In the bedroom the central light is barley existent and even with all the lights you can’t really get dressed.

It is too dark in the room, even with the light on, hard to stay at home during the day if you need to work, I would not recommend this apartment for business travelers. On the pictures it looks much lighter.

When we entered, a small shot glass with a drop of alcohol and a cigarette inside awaited us on the bedside table. There were hairs on the pillows, and the bed covers were not equal, obviously someone was in the room, and on the bed before we entered. Ash from the cigarette was in the bathroom as well, on the floor and in the bathroom sink. Wasn’t really happy about this, since we paid an amount that’s not that negligible, you expect that the room is at least cleaned properly. The mentioned was reported to the contact number from the booking. They got us a different room to stay in, but it was smaller and a bit outdated. Both rooms have self check-in and when we got the instructions and codes for entering in the new room, the codes were wrong and our entry was prolonged even more and we had to get in contact with them again for the correct codes. The last thing isn’t that difficult to deal with but it piles up after the first thing, and in the end we didn’t get the room we wanted and really stayed in the second accommodation because it was late, not because we were satisfied with the room. Begs the question how the rooms are cleaned usually.
