Hotel Cucapa

The hotel did not have my reservation. The room assigned was not clean. When I got into the room, I reviewed the sheets of both beds. They were disgustingly dirty with grease stains and other different stains, as well as shoe steps, and hair strands. There was also hair in the pillow cases. Later, I noticed that the shower’s walls and bathroom’s ceiling were moldy. We felt uncomfortable.

You get what you paid for. So don't complain.

It is in a dark area of town not very good lighting, faucet handle fell off on shower and towels were old and dull.. carpet was dirty and sticky,. They didn’t help me get a taxi but it was a lot farther from the airport than it says online. It took 25 min to get to the airport at 6:30am

The staff was very rude and not accommodating whatsoever. Also, beware the rooms are disgusting. There was water on the bathroom floor, the carpet was sticky and DIRTY and the bedding/pillows were stained. I will never go back here again! Yo no vuelvo a este lugar!

Very dirty at least for the basic rooms Very bad smell coming from the bathroom Carpet was filthy Air conditioning didn’t work properly. The receptionist almost charged me a different price for the same room but changed after I told her I had already deserved it. Pictures don’t do justice 😒

The place had an excellent view. Soraya at check in was not very friendly she had a horrible attitude. I was double charged by them. I had a very hard time resolving this issue with them. The room had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. I called down stairs to change rooms she took my call and said she would get back to me snd never did. The 0lace was pretty empty so there was no reason not to change my room. I do have to mention i spoke to the owner/ mgr jose luis about my refund. He was nice but issue still went unresolved as far as my refund.

They charged me twice, they excluded the fact I paid online and said it never went through
