C’est un novotel mais de type chalet avec une déco très design et avec une atmosphère très chaleureuse. Tout proche du centre ville et des restaurants. Le bar à des cocktails excellents.

Staff training needs to be improved. Checking took extremely long time while only 1 staff takes care of the checking and the rest just stand there & watching without helping the other customers. 1 staff is very helpful Ms. Debra and she definitely save the review rating for this hotel.

L'établissement est bien placé, non loin du centre et dispose d'un parking inclus dans le tarif et bien pratique. La chambre avait une vue sur la montagne et les levers de soleil étaient magiques. petit plus : la présence d'un point de vente de la coopérative du Val d'Arly.

L’hôtel annonce qu'il est climatisé, alors qu'il était impossible de refroidir la chambre. La température intérieure était de 23,5°C et je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit. La réception m'a expliqué que la climatisation était branchée en mode chaud pour tout l'hôtel, sans aucune possibilité de passer en mode froid au niveau individuel

A modern but alpine feel hotel in the centre of Megeve. Secure parking underneath and a lovely cosy feel to the hotel. Room we had was huge with all modern facilities. They were really helpful in printing off some documents for me too! Breakfast was good with a big range of buffet style food. I’d recommend it

Terrible hotel! Staff was not friendly and very unhelpful when I asked for assistance. Room was not clean- found bed bugs and left the hotel right away! When I complained they refused to refund our money. Lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and a clogged sink. Yuck!
